In my psychotherapy practice, I offer a non-judgmental space of calm,  understanding, and flexibility that my clients need for working on whatever issues bring them to therapy.

I have extensive experience working with children and adults who are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, with depression, anxiety, and sensory processing differences on a wide range of issues. While PDA is not an official diagnosis in the US, I have worked with children with PDA profile.

I offer therapy to children 8-18 and adults. I prefer to see children under 12 in person, although I am flexible to accommodate family's preferences provided that a child can benefit from online therapy.

I also offer guidance to parents and families of autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD children.

I also work with parents of late-diagnosed adult children who are looking to improve communication with their adult children and/or process the experience of raising neurodivergent children who were not diagnosed at the time.

I work with parents who are getting divorced or are co-parenting to figure out the best co-parenting schedule and processes that work for their children with disabilities.

I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist. It is my privilege to be accommodating to your and you child's needs, communication and processing style.

My formal training includes:

  • PhD in Developmental Psychology

  • Masters in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling

  • DIR/Foortime Basic Certificate

  • Somatic approaches to trauma, anxiety, depression, self-regulation, coping

  • Mindfulness techniques

  • Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Executive functioning/ADHD/personal coach

It is often said that the only constant in life is change. I offer support to clients going through major life transitions such as motherhood, career change, loss, divorce, becoming an empty-nester, and others.

It would be my privilege to help you on your journey of healing and self-improvement. Please call, text, or email to get started.  I am easy to talk to.

I currently accept new psychotherapy clients both in person and telehealth.

Self-pay only. I am happy to provide invoices for you to submit to your insurance provider.
